Refund policy

Based on the fact that all of our items are individually custom made, we do not offer returns or refunds. We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition.

If items arrive damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away. Please provide us with evidence of damage, (EX: photo) and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality jewelry. All of our items are sterling silver (unless stated) and do not tarnish.

However, to ensure longevity of jewelry, we advise to handle the items with care. Although the color will not change, it is recommended to keep jewelry dry and away from water to keep crystals dry and shiny.
